From a health perspective, we had been limiting dairy products for some time.

However, when switching to plant-based drinks, it was noticed that the drinks sold in supermarkets - with individual differences - mainly consist of water (sometimes up to 96%!), and only around 5% nuts? Quite expensive for water transport!

So the questions arose: How can we offer a healthy alternative with a long shelf life, ecologically and qualitatively?

We delved into the root vegetable chufa. This is how the idea arose to immediately take the gluten-free and lactose-free route.

And then Nammm was born!
